I hope they have something in the works.  I won't be impressed if more dilution is needed next year because they didn't take the money when it was time.  At a certain point, the rules should be the rules, period.  People make investment decisions based on them.  It's unfair to change them after the fact when it's not convenient for some people.  If they don't need the money, maybe they should reimburse 50% of the PP and still trigger the warrants.  That would at least reduce the total possible dilution.
