If they are trying to protect people who participated in the last PP that's one thing. 

Guys, this move is extremely unusual.   IMO, they will have to extend this same preferential treatment (drop the accelerated expiry clause) to all the other warrants too.  

Maybe they need to re-open the last PP then.  The accelerated expiry clause scares away many investors from PP participation in such a thinly traded stock.  The 4-year warrants w/o accelerated expiry are WORTH A LOT MORE now.

What a f*king clown show this is!
