I also believe that 2B is a bare minimum...  and that we might be somewhere closer to 3B.

The QB2 2016 FS was estimating 5 years to build the mine.  Seems like Teck is now targetting a construction in about 3 years.

The Schaft Creek 2013 FS was estimating 6 years for the built.  If they can shrink this to 3-4 years due to better access, allowing to build the mine with a modular concept approach (also cheaper to build this way), that should also have great impact on the numbers.
