Do we have the funds...

Leb, you know we don't have the funds to develop anything.  We have a CEO who waits for the lowest possible market share price to price PPs with lavish 4 year warrants, and who jumps to re-price the PP even lower on a momentary SP drop to new all-time lows, only to raise even less money, and to top that we then see the majority shareholder waive the accelerated expiry so that the company doesn't receive desperately needed funds for the proper development of projects.   

Is it just me or does something not smell quite right?
