Many people seem to forget where they come from and who were the pillars that built the foundations.
Is it in the same vein to say that some people who wish to swoop in and take-over when the coast is clear forget who took all the risks to bring the football to the one yard line?
You once defended Teck saying that they will be taking all the risk. I found that to be a very miopic view. One in ten thousand deposits becomes a viable mine. Teck took zero risk in this regard while Copper Fox spent $85 million dollars on a 1 in 10,000 odds proposition.
Teck took over once a Bankable Feasibility Study proved unquestionable profitability with incredibilty optionality, only to immediately and inexplicably shelve a very profitable project and leave us twisting in the wind while our ROI goes down the toilet with every passing year.
That is why we need to get paid very handsomely for all the risk we have taken and for the completely malicious delays and ROI losses we are enduring while our joint venture operator tries to starve us out.
We won, Don. Get over it and pay up!
