I completely agree.  Selling at the moment when things look interesting for the first time in years seems odd.      You’ve been a hub leader and investor for years and now all of a sudden you table your beefs with CUU.  

Yes I am impatient as well but feel I have no choice to see this through.  

Could you take us through your math from the sidelines?  Please and thanks.
