They are empty threats, imo.  If crayfish wants to sue Teck he will be squashed on a hot sidewalk like the cockroach (of the sea) that he is. ;)  But then, maybe his statements are some sort of indirect threat of litigation hoping to prompt Teck to do the right thing in time to avoid having to respond to shameful accusations in the public media.  If he wants to foot the bill and potentially expose himself to counter litigation then I say 'Knock yourself out!".

If he wants to sue Copper Fox he will only bring greater negative attention to the company he invested in and its stock price and be shooting himself in the foot.
