Sheila as Chairman of the Board is at the top.  In Don's defense, he is suppose to execute whatever she tells him to execute*.  She seems like a reasonable lady.  Unlilke the old and crusty guard, imo.   If I am right, I only hope Don is a good listener.
* N.B.  Please send any "partnership of choice" hate mail to her.  That farce, ahem, I mean phrase came out under her leadership.
