The company is sitting on projects that contain probably a trillion dollars of pounds in the ground and we have a stock worth a few pennies.   Do you really think that securing an NSR, that MAY come in who knows who's lifetime, will become reflected in the stock price???  That's just pie in the sky dreamin' and completely detached from the market's view of management's long and well documented track record.
