Ernesto cannot 'not know' that shareholders are disgusted and demoralized.  You can send in your proxy vote all the same indicating whether you support or not the re-election of officers.  That's the only real voice that you have.  Of course remember that your vote against management will just roll off their backs as Ernesto has the majority vote.  They won't lose any sleep over it, lol.

As for tough questions...they don't answer tough questions, in my experience. "Out of bounds!" is what Hector "The Deflector" will say.  JMHO
