Message: Re: Teck still has low hanging fruit

Hi Neoflight. The way I took that old post was, in the words of DM, "nothing is guaranteed." It should be taken the way it was intended. A note of caution. As much as I would love to see some of the optimistic speculation about SC on this forum come to be, the reality may be that we will see better returns on some of CF's other properties. The second last time I spoke with DM, he was stating that he expected the SP to make a move. (2018) It didn't. The last time I spoke with him, his only selling point was that there's a billionaire keeping them afloat, so it will stay around for a while. It's still hanging in. Not the strongest corporate plan, if you ask me. However, I continue to hold, because I can only hope there will be a positive outcome in the end. To accept the losses now, and walk away is too great a defeat to accept, personally. But even that notion smacks of having too much of an emotional attachment. JMHO GLTA Go Leafs! :(
