Thanks for that Neo. It just confirms to me what I already suspected - SC is low on their list of priorities. The clues were already there for anyone willing to look. Low spending on SC every year for the past 5 years. Lack of any further meaningful follow up drilling. Dragging these studies out 5 years without any urgency. Dropping of their place in the powerline cue etc. SC has always been a marginal project as the FB study showed us. Perhaps Teck was hoping that further refining and fine tuning could improve the economics at first but later concluded that it wasn't going yield any significant improvements. There are other projects that have more robust economics and Teck's attention and the reality is those are going to be developed first imho.
