It's not because they didn't accelerate the warrants now that they will not exercice them when/if money does become required.

Most of the PP was taken by insiders and it's pretty obvious that they cannot simply change the rules to dilute us any further before using that leverage to fund the company.

IMO, if they took that decision, it's because they are expecting funds from elsewhere before next year and didn't want to bother with all the admin work this would have generated.
