Ah yes. HMD. That would be the same legal firm that someone claiming to represent went after CUU shareholders over at SI who dared to voice their displeasure about the company's 95% share price loss a few years back. Very stupid move on their part. Blame their misfortunes on pesky shareholders ....

That would make it even more interesting to find out why a company doing not much of anything except waiting would/could incur or run up such a large legal bill at one of their own directors firms. Maybe all will come out in the morning.?

I'm hoping it's a huge title transfer of assets to somebody who is going to do something with it but, I've been hoping that for years....
