The report completion answer from Elmer was not the best....he clearly couldnt talk in detail of why its so delayed.

Some here suspect we dont get the report and straight to buyout news? or some concurrent development like SC numbers with buyout deal?

Cost of 30-40 million to redo FS? wow.
