My question is how much cash would we see if there ever was a buy out of the Schaft creek property.. I fear that there would be a one time dividend of maybe 25% with the remaining funds directed back into the company coffers.. There would probably be a massive sell off of long time shareholders just cutting bait.. EE and ES would then gobble up shares on the open market and take this company private..

Pure speculation but I just don't see us getting 100% of the proceeds of a sale.
