Pure speculation but I just don't see us getting 100% of the proceeds of a sale.

They just recently bent over backwards to AVOID getting a couple of million dollars in warrant money into their coffers, so I don't know how they could justify holding back for operation purposes 25% of potentially $1.5-$2 Billion dollars...

It would likey be a 95% plus payout ... or it would be a complete company sale with of course a 100% payout. I am hoping they sell the whole company and then they can be free to find some occupations that they might be good at. Buy, Develop, Sell, Repeat clearly ain't one of them.
