I don't see why it could not be realist.  Typically, I'm using the same production as the 2013 FS, but adding 20%.  Did not even consider the increase in tonnage from 130 Ktpd to 133Ktpd (2.3%).  At the end it will depend how aggresive they were with the optimization.

I prefer to keep a conservative approach, but this would be my aggresive buyout estimate... anywhere between 1.2B and 1.8B.
