At minimum, in the last 10 months, they delayed:
- the completion of the 2019 report
- the 2020 SC work plan
- the purchase of Eaglehead
- the AGM
- the funds available from the warrants
- the Q3 results by 20 days (vs. 2019)
- probably Elmer's retirement
Clearly, they don't want any funds at this time and don't want to spend time on administrative tasks, possibly to avoid duplicating the effort later. It's almost like if they were waiting for something to happen, but that this event is constantly being pushed further down the road for XYZ reasons. Everything is being pushed as far as possible in the biggest secret. Until I hear otherwise, I'll continue to think that they are negociating SC and that a sale is in the works. That's the only logical explanation imo.
