I can find some PEA/FS at 7.5% and many PEA/FS at 8% accross the copper industry, but nothing lower for now.  Did you find anything?

Like it or not, the baseline seems to be the same for every PEA/FS in North/South America, Australia and similar countries.  After, the % paid of that NPV baseline can vary depending on the project characteristics.  

Example:  If the NPV (8%) is 100M, the selling price for a PEA project could be 50% of that and FS could be 100% of that value... or any other percentage depending.
