Please stop trying to compare SC's FS-derisked, build-ready and 7-years-optimized cash cow (a deposit like you cannot find elsewhere for comparison purposes) with PEA-stage and nightmare-riddled deposits like VD and others.

Soooo...then... I take your non-answer response to my post as representing an unadulterated "YES, use the same antiquated PEA discount rate from the 1980's ...no matter what risks exist or don't exist!"
