Copper Fox does not seem to have a tendency of transferring things and create a bunch of administrative work unless it's really needed.  Some examples.

1) they never transfered the Liard shares

2) they didn't want to exercice the warrants

3) the sale of Eaglehead is still pending

Why create all this work if you are planning something bigger for which all the above would be a waste of time?
