Correct, Golf.   The key word is "benefit", that is, Teck holding Liard shares to the benefit of Copper Fox means that if/when there is a sale of Schaft Creek that this "benefit" will need to be part of the equation.  I know that several of us who have been here a lot time have been over this before, and I have even personallly asked about this at the office.
