Nice article.  I looked at the Josemaria Project and very comparable with SC phase 1.  

The after-tax NPV (8%) is 1.5BUS with Copper at $3US, Gold at $1500US and Silver at $18US.

Their capex and C1 cost is higher than Schaft Creek (2013).  Bodes well for us.
