Simple-

They want the results known to the public but without a technical report they cannot release numbers from the 2019 economic studies. This news release today is proof that the current 2019 study has been completed and finalized! We waited two years for this moment. They are now working on a technical report to get the numbers are released. Huge. I know I want to see these new numbers and they should give us maximum value in the asset sale.

My only question is how long will this take to complete are we talking weeks or months?
