  1. Good on Cuu management for calling Teck's bluff...I honestly didn't think they had it in them.. Teck always plays hardball..They will cry poverty and stall for as long as possible or until their hand is forced.. Feel free to call any union hall that works with Teck for confirmation..Its just what they do! 
    Now they have a few new people on the board that will no doubt want to prove themselves by skinning a live Fox..Our ROFO is going to be very useful.
