Green economy boom is real and here to stay! 

Todays news was simple. The company wants the results to be known to the public but needs a 43-101 report to do so as guided by the regulators. PEA was best alternative option.
The ideal situation would have been a joint news release by Teck announcing the numbers as they would not need a 43-101. Teck decided that wasn't the best move for them (I assume)......hence option 2.
