YM, I'm still under the impression that something informal is already agreed to and all this 2019 report back and forth was in fact the negociation period. Strangely enough, the 2019 report is not yet fully signed, but Teck still agreed to provide the data to Tetra Tech? That's negociation leverage in my opinion!
