In my opinion, just where MM's want this stock to be at these copper prices. Compare the current SP versus 2010 versus copper prices at those times. The correlation is pretty impressive.

$0.19 with copper around $3.50 and the closer we get to $3.60 better our chances to see a significant move upwards.
