Copper Fox could create a spin-off company for all assets outside SC....hence leaving SC project as the only asset within current corporation. In any case a complete buyout would be possible (shares or cash or both). The "Copper Fox Metals" entity would then be gone once a deal is reached and closed. Current shareholders would then get free shares of new public company. Directors of Cuu seem to want Teck shares based on my past talks.
