I would say those spin-off shares are pretty valuable imo!!

Mk, I think Teck could secretly buy our shares and not announce it as long as they aren't considered "Insiders" or hold 10% or more of outstanding shares of corporation.

BUT, if they are buying.....wouldn't our share price climb significantly if they bought a large amount of shares? So possibly they don't own Cuu stock or maybe it would be a conflict of interest if they buy us one day? Not sure on this topic.
