It's a good plan to buy back whenever you feel you're company is undervalued....it's also a good plan to pay for assets in shares when your sp is high or you need to conserve cash....if teck has been buying these past months, and then buys us with shares when the sp gets over $30 which is expected, they could essentially pay half price for the purchase and fulfill both good plays 

 

when did they start buying again? If it was sub $10 they could get us for a third the price! That would be an all star move
