For Van Dyke, I hope to see a pre-tax IRR of around 50-55%.

If my numbers make any sense, someone willing to invest in capex (225M US) + acquisition cost (e.g. 400M US) would still be able to generate a pre-tax IRR of around 20% with copper at $3.15 US.

Sounds like a reasonable business case!
