What I noticed is more that Florence has a pre-tax NPV (7.5%) of 920M.  

VD will have the same output and similar capex.  It's not rocket science at this point.  With 18 years mine life, we should be close to 700M.

And also nice to see that some drills will be turning next year in Arizona!
