I might have pushed the example a little too far, but in my opinion, the optionality for Teck to keep 100% of Schaft Creek by streaming gold at these levels does have some additional value on top of our NAV, but maybe not 400M.

If they calculate our fair NAV with a gold price above $1300 US, that might compensate just enough! :)
