No offense to anyone, but you can't only make a simple calculation like CUUVenturer did to appreciate the option of streaming gold.

Getting money upfront has a value and saving interest also has a value.

Not quite sure why you say Silver is not in the plans? The mine is supposed to extract over 1M ounces per year. Wheaton just paid 150M US upfront for that kind of output.
