Of course, you, 3putt and other warrant holders can choose not to send the money in and let the warrants expire, your choice, but Ernesto and other insiders will exercise them this summer, imo.

Once again sibiu, you are speculating on what may or may not occur and what others might do....

IMO the smart (obvious) move regarding the warrants is to wait. Afterall, there will be a NR giving the warrant holders 30 days notice that the warrants must be redeemed. 

30 days is plenty of time to send the $ and receive the new shares.
