For a sale process to begin, two things need to happen-

1) We need to put a value on the project through a technical 43-101 report (SC pea study)

Thanks for this Elmer. The sales process has started based on elmers statements imo. Enjoy the ride, should conclude in the months ahead.

The study isn't only about getting the numbers out to public.....it's part of a bigger picture involving Teck. They already know the numbers! It's about making the known value independent from Teck who seem like the potential acquirer of SC.
