The buzz is over and speculators are moving on? May drop quite abit. 
I am still not convinced the SC PEA will be completed this quarter. Tetra Tech is a large company with layers of management approvals. I would be surprised if it is finished by June 30. 
The VD PEA is waiting for tax rates etc? I am a CPA and I can tell you this information does not take months, more like days ...this delay make no sense unless initial update status was exaggerated by ES.
