Yes some of the VD was already built in but I picked up 30,000 at $.40 today, over 550,000 now. My average is$.33 thanks to warrants (which still aren't in my brokerage account!). With the official VD PEA ,I am comfortable sitting and waiting for a year or two, if need be.
