Thanks guys - I appreciate the reminder. As you have stated, the only way that insiders with over 60% of the shares can get their money out is through an asset sale or a buyout. I like the logic around someone buying at 50% of the $1 billion cdn NPV - heck even 35% would still be $350 million which is 0.70 for just one asset.
