Totally agree with you, my profile pick is lake house I bought 8.5 years ago and has tripled in value since, just making the point that we could have bought those cheap shares but the outcome wasn't certain. Payout can come in many forms. Glad to see my investment here is on the move and the way things are looking is going to be another nice payout.
