You said it yourself. Great results on a long awaited report and crickets...

this should have run .20-.30 on this news, but no volume. Why?  anyone interested already knew and were buying prior. No new buyers coming in to move the bid and enough  willing on the ask. 

a lot boils down to mgmt and zero confidence in ES's ability to get any deals done. 

a full buyout is what mgmt needs, we don't. And I did confirm they are not and have rarely ever been in blackout. We need volume and sp action. I am not banking on a buyout, our mgmt team is a joke.
