Excelsior's Gunnison property in AZ and CUU's Van Dyke are very, very similar in both NPV and IRR and both will use the same or nearly the same copper extraction methodology.

MIN's share price recently hit $1.23 Cdn and was 65 cents just a couple of months ago.

And while they own 100% of Gunnison, they don't have 25% of a Schaft Creek amongst their assets.
