I'm not talking about the construction time.  I'm talking about all the remaining work left prior.  Don't forget that this is a PEA stage project.  A purchaser would still need to do a BFS and FS to lower the risk before investing 300M in capex.  After, they would need to receive all the permits, etc.  All this takes time.  It's not a turn key project yet.  In the mean time, they still have to buy us out and support that investment many years before collecting a return.
