Okay, then let's go with that just for fun.  You are saying that they are violating the terms of the warrants by not fulfilling their obligation to issue a NR at this event.  So you are saying that the 30-day clock is ticking on unsuspecting warrantholders that will wake up on Jan 22 wondering why their warrants have early-expired?   Wow!
