A drill program to prove up the Discovery Zone would be one, starting a FS as described in the JV would be another. I wondered a bit if Teck was technically in breach of the JV since they neither explored or developed last year but it says in the fine print they just need to ask for a mulligan and get a pass if both parties agree.
