If Teck announces they are progressing SC in some manner then that will be very positive for the share price and should generate action on the sales side. I wonder why the acceleration, and waiving , of the warrants was material last year but nothing said for the 20 and 30 cent triggers?  By my count the triggers have occurred in the VWAP but have no explanation why Elmer announced last July before 20 days was up.  It's not a running average but recalculated each day.
