And the crux of the problem we have a mgmt team relying on a buyout as their only out. We are not, we need promotion, new buyers, and volume. If there was any hint of buyout talks happening we'd see that volume, retail is last to know. 

Those here who think Elmer is going to find another buyer without production certainty from Teck is delusional. There is no precedence for that. Show us if I'm wrong. 

Teck holds all the cards. 

A VD buyout is possible if the board decides that's the next step. Who knows if they've even met. Time for a call.
