It may not have been a run up 7 years ago. It may have been 8 or 9 years ago But there was definately a run up. Furthermore this so far mirrors that long ago run up as the price jumped from 10 cents to about 36 cents in a short time then inexorably it began to drop a few cents per day until we found ourselves back at 10 cents.  Thems the facts. I was there.
